Mr. Zhang Yong, 38, is Chief of Foreign Affairs of China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical.

After quitting the Army in 2003, Mr. Zhang served as a Project Manager in the Development Department and then the Commercial Department with the China Poly Company. In 2006, he joined China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical, as a commercial manager and later Chief of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Cranfield University of the United Kingdom. Besides his MBA degree, he holds a Lawyer’s Qualification Certificate, an Enterprise Legal Counselor Certificate as well as an American Project Management Professional certificate.
