Simultaneous translation

The official languages of the Conference are English and Chinese. Simultaneous translations between these two languages will be available during all sessions.

Conference Reception

The Conference Reception will be held in the exhibition area on Wednesday 14 April at 18:30. Attendees, spouses and exhibitors are cordially invited to join.

List of participants

A list of participants will be included in your delegate pack. An addendum listing with the late and on-site registrants will be made available at the Welcome Desk on Wednesday 14 April afternoon.

Proceedings

The Conference proceedings will be available on www.world-CTL.com after the Conference. Each participant will receive an access code by email and will be able to download the proceedings, free of charge.

Evaluation form

The World CTL Conference strives for continuous improvement. Thus, your evaluation and suggestions are essential. An evaluation form will be included in your conference bag. More copies will be available at the Welcome Desk. We thank you in advance for filling it in all along the Conference.

CO2 offset

CO2 offset is proposed to attendees as an option. Please contact the Conference Office.

Liability disclaimer

The Organizers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Conference proceedings arising from political, social or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The Organizers will accept no liability for any personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference or during social events. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of these conditions.

Visas

Participants, exhibitors, visitors are reminded that a visa may be required for foreign citizens entering the People’s Republic of China and that it is recommended that travel and visa application be planned early.

The Organizers will be pleased to issue official invitation letters for visa application. No sponsoring, exhibition or registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance due to failure to obtain a visa.
