Mr. Liu Jiaming is President of Sinopec Engineering Incorporation (SEI).

Mr. Liu, born in 1960, started his career as an engineer at Beijing Design Institute, former part of SEI. He successively became senior engineer, engineering manager and project manager in many successful projects. He has long time research and designing experiences in the field of refining and chemical engineering technologies, especially in hydro-treatment, hydro-cracking subject. In 1998, he was appointed President of SEI.

Mr. Liu got an engineering degree from the Fushun Petroleum Refining Institute in 1979.

In 1998, Mr. Liu Jiaming was distinguished as “Professor Engineer” thanks to his great achievement in refining technologies by the Sinopec Group.
