How to register

You can register under the two following options:

  • by sending your completed registration form by fax, email or regular mail: please complete it, sign it and send it to the Conference Office accompanied by your payment;

  • by online registration and immediate payment:
    Online registration is processed through PayPal. PayPal has created maximum limits in payment amounts. This limit is $2,000 par payment for a given card.
    1. PayPal account holders can change this limit and proceed to online payment: please click here.
    2. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one. Then, the initial $2,000 limit can be waived within two to four days. You can then proceed to the payment as in case 1 above;
    3. If you do not intend to open a PayPal account, you may proceed to the payment in two Paypal instalments (three if total amount is higher than $4,000) of less than $2,000 each with two different credit cards (three if necessary): please then contact management@world-ctl2010.com.
    Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express.

Upon receipt of your registration form and after payment clearance, the Registration Office will mail you a confirmation letter with the payment status.

REGISTRATION FEES

Plenary Sessions and Technology Workshops: registration fees cover the participation to the Conference sessions, access to the exhibition area, lunches, breaks, Conference Reception (delegates registered for the Plenary Sessions) and free access to the proceedings of registered sessions. Registration fees do not include accommodation.

Site visits in Inner Mongolia: registration fees cover coach services from the Conference hotel to Beijing airport and reciprocally, airline tickets to Inner Mongolia and back (60-90 minute flights) with China Airlines, transporation in Inner Mongolia (four transfers adding up to around five hours), the visits listed in the program, translation service, lunch and dinner. Registration fees do not include accommodation.

PAYMENT

This paragraph refers to payments which are made together with the Registration Form (payment not made online).

The World CTL 2010 Conference is organized by Axen ("Axen" and "Axens" are companies independent from each other). The French Gas Association (AFG) is in charge of registration management.

The payment of registration fees can be made by:

Invitation for your visa application

If a non-Chinese national, you may need a visa to enter the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Your visa application file may include an official invitation. We will be pleased to prepare this invitation for you. Please send your demand to management@world-ctl2010.com.


ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be managed directly by the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel, who has accepted to grant attractive rates to World CTL 2010 delegates: CNY 750 for a single room (taxes and breakfast included), CNY 850 for a double room.

For securing your ghest room at the World CTL 2010 rate, please complete the Room Booking Form and send it to the Great Wall Sheraton Hotel as indicated on the form.

Modification and cancellation (Conference registration)

All changes must be requested in writing to the Conference Office.

Substitutions of delegates within the same organization will be accepted at no charge up to 5 April, 2010. A 10% fee calculated on the total registration fee will be charged if substitution is made after 5 April.

Cancellations must be notified in writing (by fax or regular mail, email excluded) to the Conference Office.

Registration can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation made before 1 February, 2010: 100 euros will be withheld as administrative charge
- Cancellation made between 2 February and 15 March 2010: refund of 50% of the paid fees and deposits
- After 15 March, 2010: no refund will be made.

Refund requests will be processed after the Conference.

Requests made after 30 April, 2010 will not be considered.

Failure to obtain a visa will not be considered a particular case. Organizers encourage participants to check the visa procedure applicable to their citizenship in advance.

Disputes which will not have been settled amicably will by finally settled by in Paris by French jurisdictions under the French law.
